We're a performance marketing agency that builds and scales paid acquisition systems for our clients. We produce high-converting ad creatives, VSLs, breakout videos, and webinar content — and we need a sharp editor who can keep up with the volume and quality our clients expect.

This isn't freelance project work. This is a full-time, long-term position on a growing team with real structure, real clients, and real upside. Editors who prove themselves here grow into senior and lead roles — your workload, responsibility, and compensation scale as we scale.

Who You'll Be Editing For

Our clients are running real ad spend and real funnels. Your edits directly drive revenue.

DFY coaching clients running paid ads to VSL funnels

Info-product businesses scaling with webinar + ad systems

Personal brands producing breakout content and objection-handling videos

E-commerce and service businesses with direct response ad needs

What You'll Be Editing

Ad Creatives

Talking head, podcast-style, green screen, b-roll-driven, and AI hook formats. Short-form (30s) and mid-form (2+ min). These run as paid ads — they need to convert.

VSLs

Long-form sales videos (15–30+ min) that get hundreds of thousands of views. High production value, tight pacing, clean transitions.

Breakout Videos

Short objection-handling and value-driven clips used across funnels to warm up leads before calls.

Thank You / Confirmation Videos

Post-booking content that reinforces the client experience and reduces no-shows.

AI Hook Edits

Integrating AI-generated content into polished ad creatives. You'll be given SOPs and Loom walkthroughs.

What Bad Editing Looks Like

If any of these describe your work, this isn't the right fit.

Sloppy captions — wrong timing, missing words, poor formatting

No pacing — monotone edits with no visual variety or pattern interrupts

Ignoring the script — b-roll doesn't match what's being said

Inconsistent branding — wrong fonts, colours, or styles between assets

Slow delivery — missing deadlines or needing multiple rounds of revision for basic work

No attention to detail — audio levels off, weird cuts, export artefacts left in

Requirements

Proven experience editing direct response ads and/or VSLs

Strong sense of pacing, retention, and what makes someone stop scrolling

Fast turnaround — speed is one of our core values

Comfortable following SOPs, naming conventions, and file structures

Works inside Google Drive, Notion, and Discord daily

Takes 100% ownership — double-checks everything before delivering

Communicates clearly and proactively when stuck or blocked

Compensation & Growth

  • $800/month base pay after a paid trial period

  • Performance bonuses — fast turnaround, winning hooks, and high output are rewarded on top of base

How We Work

You'll have a dedicated task board in Notion with clear briefs, scripts, and raw footage links. Communication happens in Discord. Every asset type has SOPs and Loom walkthroughs — you won't be guessing what to do.
